Throughout his career, he has led countless traffic studies for Departments of Transportation, municipalities, and leading consulting firms across North America. Known for his strong technical skills and commitment to excellence, Osman works closely with major firms to ensure every project meets the highest standards of accuracy and reliability. His leadership and expertise make him a trusted figure in the traffic engineering and data collection industry.
